ISIN & LEI applications

An ISIN is a code that uniquely identifies a specific securities issue, whilst an LEI is the equivalent international reference for any legal entity participating in financial transactions.  Avenir can apply for an ISIN for each security to be issued and the LEI for each issuer. We assist with GB (UK) and IE (Irish) ISIN numbers. Avenir offers these services to companies who seek a stock exchange listing and for bond issuers.

Subscriptions

Avenir can act as receiving agent working with the issuer and corporate adviser to manage the initial IPO subscription process. Unlisted company share register

Redemptions

Securities may come to a planned end of life. Avenir will ensure that all necessary steps are considered and accounted for, and that redemptions are completed both timely and professionally.

Investor relations

Once securities are issued, the company has an obligation to keep in touch with its investors. In many cases this may involve sourcing dedicated staff, but these costs may prove restrictive for some companies. Transfers (buy and sell orders)

Once an order has been placed, electronic securities transfers flow automatically for dematerialised holders in the <CREST> <EUI> <CSD>. For buy and sell transactions which involve paper certificates Avenir handles all transfer documents and transmission documents to ensure legal title transfers properly from one holder to the next. At all times Avenir’s register keeps an auditable record of all the holders of the security. Trading activity is monitored and real-time reports can be downloaded straight into Excel.

CREST enablement

If the issuer is seeking a listing on a stock market, Avenir can help enable the security in CREST for automatic dematerialised settlement. Avenir offers these services to companies who seek a stock exchange listing and for bond issuers.

Paper certificates

Where paper securities certificates are permitted, we facilitate issuance as per the offer documents and articles of association. The Avenir Register also offers online access to view and print securities certificates. QR codes are now automatically added to physical share certificates to enable easy authentication by counterparties, removing the need for costly dedicated broker helplines.
