Industry expert joins innovative securities registrar
Avenir Registrars has this morning announced the appointment of industry expert Jai Baker as Head of Business Development. With more than three decades of sector experience, Jai has worked extensively with Link Market Services and more recently with the investor communications platform Proxymity.

Earlier in the year, Avenir facilitated the launch of the UK’s first fully digital share registry with AIM-listed Catenai, reducing costs and enabling faster, more efficient communications with shareholders. In recent years Avenir has also delivered a number of client-centric innovations including the addition of QR codes to improve the authentication of paper-based securities certificates.
